This fusion of Ballet and Pilates provides a great way to increase core strength and flexibility which enhances better control, grace, and agility! It is not only a great way to exercise but also to improve posture, musicality, and coordination. Whether or not you have had some Ballet or Pilates experience, come and enjoy the fusion and flow of both techniques. Stretching postures will also be explored.
Please bring your mat (or rent one), wear comfortable clothing and bring grip socks (preferable to bare feet).
